The business coaching was provided for employees of the Ardecs company on the 21st of February. This training course was elaborated specially for our company by Dmitry Kutsev business coach. The purpose of the training course was mastering effective techniques, tools and methods, applicable to B2B sales.

During the training course, the following group practice methods have been used: metaphoric business game, models of the hardest situations, results analysis and finding ways out of a possible conflict. There were group discussions as well participants expressed their views in the non-judgmental feedback framework.

The upshot of business coaching lived up our expectations - the quality of material handling and the content take off were at a decent level. Each of attendees was able to check the knowledge in B2B sales in practice during the training. All participants collected certificates after the training course.
