Growing number of certified professionals
Everyone in our team is ready for further development both in company and outside. On 6th and 7th of June the company ScrumTrek provided training how to use flexible development concept within the huge enterprise - Scaled Agile Framework 4.0. Our colleague Gulin Svyatoslav took part in this training and successfully passed the exam in Scaled Agile Framework® Agilist (SA) Certification Program.
SAFe Scaled Agile Framework — is maturing approach for big enterprise that includes many independent teams and projects. Participating in training is an opportunity to develop skills and improve knowledge in use Agile-approaches in view of its own company.
During the training many question about structure of Agile-organization, budgeting and teams cooperation have found their answers, as far as alternative ways to solve the cross-team problems, tasks and other issues also have been found.
Svyatoslav shared his opinion about this training:
"What have I got after this training and actual preparation for the final exam: I received information about the best cooperation methods of correlation while working with many teams to achieve the common target – development and creation one common product/project.
Scaled Agile Framework describes the teams working process on higher level then flexible concepts like Scrum or Kanban. These programs organize the working process of the cross-functional team as independent units.
But when we reach the cooperation level where teams consisting of 7-10 members have to work together a lot of brand-new problems and questions that never would have been encountered when working with one team appear. And in this case SAFe gives answers to these questions. The Principle of the economic view is one of the most important aspects of the SAFe. Always think about the economic margin. As for the exam, well, I have checked my theoretical knowledge of SAFe, Lean-thinking and product/project development within the company. So, let’s do it!”
