The 10th RuSSIR was held in Saratov University
One of our colleagues Dmitry Urbanovich took part in Summer School in Information Retrieval. Information retrieval is the activity of obtaining information from unstructured data (documents, posts in social networks, and usual web-pages). This year the Summer School was held in Saratov National Research State University.
I presented my research Optimal Sliding Window Indexing over Unbounded Ordered Alphabets. Full text index is a data structure that is built for large text and allows quickly get all occurrences for any sample. The essence of the work is in performing these search with guarantees for time-consuming, in the worst case - O (log n), where n - the size of an indexed window.
